Why this workshop

Your Work Is Bigger Than Your Visibility

The talk goes well. The conversations afterwards are the best part of the week. Then it is back to running the business, and the next room depends on who happens to think of you. Your clients know exactly what you're worth. The organisers, editors and hosts who could put your thinking in front of thousands have mostly never heard your name.

There is a version of you with the same expertise, the same clients and the same years, whose thinking is public, organised under her name, and reaches the room before she does. Organisers ask her. Clients arrive already convinced. Peers she respects propose things to her.

The distance between you and her is four stages. In ninety minutes you see all four on your own work, and you leave with the first one written.

A room of women at a Mind Artists live event, arms in the air.

The Visibility Architecture Method™

Built So One Room Leads to the Next

Four stages, in the order we build them: the idea first, then the pull, then the proof, then the rooms.

  1. Signature IP

Choose the one idea you want your name on, and write it in the room.

Clear ideas are easy to repeat. People start recommending you in your own words.

  2. Magnetism

Make it obvious what to come to you for, in one line that travels with everything you publish.

The work speaks first. The right people arrive already convinced.

  3. Authority

Your profiles, your talk and your published pieces, reading as one body of work.

Your name returns something worth finding. An organiser knows what to invite you to do.

  4. Visibility

How we find the stages, podcasts and publications, approach the organiser, and follow up.

One room leads to the next. The invitations stop depending on luck.

How the ninety minutes run

Real Work, on Your Own Material

  1. The first twenty minutes

    The map

The four stages on one page, with one example per stage from our own ladder and from women we have worked with.

  2. The next forty

    Signature IP, live

You write the sentence you want your name on, from the work you already do. Daria and Barak read a handful aloud and sharpen them in front of the room.

  3. Fifteen minutes

    One room, one route

You name a stage, podcast, publication or collaborator you want, and write down how you will approach them.

  4. The last fifteen

Your questions, and your first bold move

Live Q&A. You date one move for next week and say it out loud to people who will ask how it went. For those who want it, we describe what ninety days with us looks like.

Bring one thing: an idea, a talk you have given, an article, or the thing people come to you for. Signature IP starts there.

Women who did the work

What Happens When Her Work Gets a Bigger Voice

Women who worked with us, named and public. Each one is a room she did not have before.

Aude

Her signature talk at an Elle Belgique event, two Elle articles, then Google

I don't want to be just a good therapist or a good subconscious expert. I want to build an empire.

Muriel

A TEDx accepted in weeks, then a nine-day invitation abroad because of the talk

What was different from my first try is method. You gave me a method to contact organizations and it was really effective.
I worked on my compelling biography, learned how to present myself better on social media, and negotiated speaking engagements on stages I hadn't even dared to dream about. I got 10 clients to my first group program from writing one post. Daria provided concise advice on how to better tell my story, suggested precise phrases and formulations to make the speech vivid and emotional.

As CEO of Nikky Doualle Maison International, I hired Daria to help me with my public speaking. We created my signature talk, my bio, reshaped my LinkedIn profile, and more. I would highly recommend working 1 on 1 with her, as she is one of the greatest on the market.

Daria and Barak

More Than a Decade Helping Experts Get Seen, Heard and Known

Daria said no to her first TEDx invitation. “I'm not the speaker.” Two TEDx stages later she declined three more, this time from choice. Barak spent a year with six singing teachers to stand on a stage and sing once. We tell these stories because the ability was there the whole time. The identity wasn't.

Daria. Two TEDx talks and a published book. Four hundred workshops, more than a thousand experts trained, clients in twenty countries. The positioning behind every name on this page. Visibility Architect.

Barak. Systems architect and serial founder. Builds the platform this work runs on and the outreach engine that finds the stages, then works on the identity that walks out onto them.

Questions

Before You Save Your Seat

Is it really free?

Yes. The workshop, the Q&A and the replay are free. Near the end we describe Bold & Visible, our 90-day programme for eight women, for those who want to take the work further with us. The rest of the time is the work.

Is this for women only?

Yes. The workshop and Bold & Visible are for established women founders, business owners, experts and executive coaches.

I have clients and a point of view, but no talk or book yet. Is it for me?

Yes. Bring what you have: your work, your clients' results, the thing people come to you for. Signature IP starts there.

What if I can't make it live?

Register anyway. The replay sits on your event page for 48 hours after the session, and the link reaches you by email and WhatsApp.

Why do you ask for a WhatsApp number?

The join link and a reminder before we start, so the seat you saved gets used. Reply STOP at any time.
